[Kstars-devel] libnova dependency

Hi,

kstars uses the ln_get_date_from_tm function from libnova, which seems
to be added in version 0.12.0. The libnova cmake test doesn't check the
version of the library, which results in compiler errors if an older
version of libnova is installed on the system. Can the cmake test be
extended to check that?
