[Kstars-devel] Release of INDI Library v0.4

Hello,

INDI Library v0.4 has been released today.

The new release adds support for several devices,
including:

- SBIG CCD
- SBIG CFW
- FLI Precision Digital Focuser
- RoboFocus
- SkyScan/SkyAtlas
- Argo Navis DTC

Furthermore, this release fixes a number of bugs. For
a complete overview, please checkout the ChangeLog.
