[Kstars-devel] updated SVN page

Hi Jason.

I've also used the instructions to successfully build kstars 4 and the
dependencies.  They were easy to follow and it worked great, and
thanks muchly for going to the trouble.

The only thing I noticed is that I don't think it's necessary to run
"sudo make install", at least for the programs and libraries being
installed in userspace, which seems to be at least most of them from
what I remember.  (Maybe not dbus because it's going into /usr/local/,
but everything else seems to be going into a home directory.)

Is the use of sudo being suggested for a reason?
