I found the bug and made a fix.  Despite my vast lack of imagination,
the bug was entirely my fault.  In KStarsData::updateTime(), I had
made a change so that only the active list of constellation names was
updated.  I fixed the problem by always updating both lists of
constellation names.  This is not the most efficient solution, but
the lists are short (~88) and there are only two of them.
