Objects in the observing list are now labeled in the map.  The label can 
either be a text label, or a symbol (similar to the target symbol).  
Choose which you want in the Advanced tab of the config window.  There 
is also a new "Observing List" color for these labels.

While making these changes, I also cleaned up the text-label code a bit, 
removing some duplicated code.
