VLSR calculator module

Added two functions:
- vHeliocentric() which computes the radial velocity of an astronomical source referred
  to the barycenter of the solar system, from the LSR velocity and the coordinates and epoch
  of the source;

- vGeocentric() which computes the radial velocity of an astronomical source referred
  to the center of the Earth, from the LSR velocity, the coordinates and epoch
  the source and the velocity of the Earth. The latter is computed in KSNumbers.
