[Kstars-devel] crash in solar system viewer

Hello,

Carsten pointed out a crash in the solar system viewer tool, which I have 
confirmed.  For me, it doesn't crash until I try to close the tool window, 
and I have seen intermittent odd behavior, such as a completely blank plot 
widget, or one that doesn't accept key or mouse events.  Other times, it 
behaves normally until I try to close it, which invariably causes a crash.

I have tried reverting libkdeedu/kdeeduplot to r409203, which is from before 
the recent changes to KPlotWidget.  I also reverted KStarsPlotWidget to the 
same revision number.  With this older version of KPlotWidget, there is no 
crash in the solar system tool.

I have not yet figured out what the problem is.  I used kompare to look at 
differences in KPlotWidget and KStarsPlotWidget between these versions, but I 
just don't see anything that could cause this problem.

Ideas are welcome...
