[Kstars-devel] compiling question

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the bleeding edge ;)

The configure script is created by the command "make -f Makefile.cvs", which 
is the first step.  See our CVS HOWTO page for details:
http://edu.kde.org/kstars/cvs.php

Start at step 5.
