I think you should use a god UTM map and translate the coordinates in
angular the error is very poor

Thank you for your work on translating KStars, and also for your offer to 
expand the number of Russian cities.

I don't know how to determine which source has the most accurate
coordinates.  
Perhaps you should just pick the source that lists the most cities, and use 
that one.  At least all coordinates will then be consistent.

If you add the cities using the Location tool in KStars, you can then just 
send your ~/.kde/share/apps/kstars/mycities.dat file to this list, and we'll

add it to the program.
