SVN commit 432083 by harris:

Partial fix for bug #108480:  Added a "Today" button to the Solar System 
viewer.  Running the clock backwards is still TBD; when that is done, 
I'll close the bug.

Also, the tool's start-up date is now synched to the main window's time, 
rather than the system clock.
