[Kstars-devel] QA list for 3.4

Whoops.  I just found out that the last day to commit for 3.4 is *tomorrow*!  
I probably won't have time to finish going through the QA list (much less fix 
any problems I find).  :(

I'll do what I can tonight, after work.
