[Kstars-devel] kstars support for Orion Intelliscope?

I'm interested in "controlling" (getting orientation info from) my Orion 
Intelliscope XT-10.
Has anyone explored the serial data stream from the Intelliscope 
controller?  While
there's no motor drive to control, it would be great to be able to use 
kstars to see where
the scope is pointed etc.
