Some fixes related to images in the Details window:

+ If the image is larger than the user's desktop, it will be
scaled down in the editor window

+ Removed unused buttons at top of editor window

+ The KURLRequester in the image chooser now works properly (you
can specify a local file or a URL to be loaded into the list of
images)

Will forward-port to trunk.
