CVS commit by mutlaqja: 

- Finished integrating FITS Viewer with INDI drivers.

- Cleaned up drivers and other code to reduce warnings.

- Removing FITS filters, the FITSViewer should remain as simple as possible.

- The webcam module now compiles cleanly.
