CVS commit by harris: 

1. Recentered constellation names
2. Fixed missing constellation boundary lines
3. Some deep-sky objects were filled with a black brush 
when they should be unfilled
4. Equator and Ecliptic now drawn after constellation 
lines/boundaries, so they appear "in front".
