Fixing broken URLs.  Also, added a script (check_url.pl) that will 
test each URL in one of the data files (image_url.dat or 
info_url.dat) and report those which appear to be broken.

It works OK, but some URLs are reported as broken, even though they 
exist.  Notably, all the wkipedia links show up as broken.  Any ideas 
on this?
