CVS commit by harris: 

Fixing labels of guide lines (equator, ecliptic, horizon).  The code 
that determines the rotation angle of the label text is no longer an 
ugly kludge, and the text labels are noticeably better now.  Also made 
the horizon label work for Southern hemisphere locations.

I also got rid of all compiler warnings in skymapdraw.cpp.  I'll be 
doing more of that kind of thing soon.
