Hello,

You should get in touch with the translation/localization team for your 
language.  All they need to do is create an info_url.dat file that 
contains links to pages in the local language, and place it in the 
correct place in CVS.  We have coded KStars to look for this file, and 
use it instead of the standard file.  There are detailed instructions 
on how to do this in the file README.i18n, and in fact, that file 
mentions the seds.org pages explicitly.
