Hello,

I'm going to go through the handbook and make sure everything is updated 
for the 3.3 release.  If you have something that you added since 3.2, 
can you please make sure it is explained in the handbook (if 
necessary)?

If I am reading the release schedule right, the messages freeze is not 
until 14 July.  I'd like to have major strings changes done as soon as 
possible though, to make it easier on the translators.
