I think it's a good idea to keep supporting KDE 3.1.x at least until KDE
3.2.1 or 3.2.2 is out. Personally, I don't mind a few bugs and I will
upgrade to KDE 3.2 right away. But others need maximum stability and keep
working with KDE 3.1.x for a while.
