[Kstars-devel] Re: [Bug 71469] refreshing the date has a strange behavior in alt vs time

Hello,

I forgot to mention some incidental changes I made when fixing this bug:

In the WUT, I noticed that while the Rise/Set time calculation for Sun and
Moon automatically reposition the object for the target date, the separate
calculation of whether they do not rise or do not set did not use an updated
position, it just took the stored position for the current simulation time.
This is now fixed.

Also, when the Sun does not rise or does not set, the sky color in AltVsTime
will be uniformly black or uniformly blue.

Finally, I made the Longitude and Latitude boxes in the Date/Location tab of
AltVsTime read-only. It doesn't make sense to have the ability to manually
enter a location here, unless you can also specify the time zone offset
(which is needed to convert between UT and LT). Once the feature freeze is
lifted, we can add a TZ offset box and make these boxes editable.

regards,
Jason
