Reverting changes made to KDE_3_2_BRANCH that modified strings.  I 
apologize for these commits, I thought BRANCH was open for strings 
changes.

The changes that I have reverted were:
  
Showing "Unknown" in the "Magnitude" field of the details dialog when an 
object's magnitude is not defined.

Adding several cities to the database.
