Because you need to align the telescope first, in which case you need to tell 
the telescope the correct time already, so there is no need for auto-time 
unless you're doing remote control.

The same goes for the geographic location, this is a one-time setup; so KStars 
doesn't tell the telescope the site location everytime it connects. This 
feature also overrides whatever site that was stored in the LX200, so this 
feature should be enabled by the user.
