Hello Jean-Baptise,

Yes, the telescope and KStar's sites must match. You don't have to do that 
manually, KStars can do it for you automatically. (but it's not enabled by 
default).

Under the devices menu, go to "Configure INDI ..." and check Time and 
Geographic automatic updates.
