CVS commit by mutlaqja: 

- Assorted LX200 GPS fixes.
- Moving toward INDI 1.3 specs implementation.
- Adding initial dcop support for INDI. INDI device automation is now possible. Supported functions include:

1. Start/shutdown INDI devices.
2. Set Telescope targets and operations like Slew/Track/Sync/Abort/Park.
3. Set Telescope time, date, and geographical location.
4. Wait until an INDI operation returns with OK status.
5. Pefrom focus operations.
6. Capture images from CCD/Cameras.

Will try to include them in the script builder tool sometime. Doc to follow.
