[Kstars-devel] new TODO list

Hello,

I have updated the TODO list, which was a year old!  The list includes many of 
the issues I found last week in my QA testing, except for several which I 
have local fixes for already (just waiting for the 3_3_BRANCH tag).  Please 
have a look and add anything I may have missed:

the webpage version and the TODO file on CVS are synched.
