Added the batch mode for the module which computes the time for equinoxes and solstices
and the duration of seasons.
When using this mode one may use a file which contains a column of integers which represent
the year. The otuput file will contain the start time of both equinoxes and solstices for that
year in ISO8601 format and the duration of the seasons.
