New expression for nutation in longitude and in obliquity. The result is more 
accurate than before. The coefficients used come from the 1980 IAU theory of
nutation. Terms with coefficients smaller than 0.0003 arcsec have been neglected.
The computation is a bit more time consuming since it is a sum of 63 terms 
with several terms proportional to cosines and sines. However the impact 
should be negligible since the correction it is computed only once per day (changes
with Julian Day).
