[Kstars-devel] a couple of "new" features ?

Hi Pablo,
We are two weeks into the feature freeze, so I'm reluctant to add major
new features at this point. However, since both of these suggestions
could be considered parts of stuff we had in the feature plan and
neither requires a very large amount of code, I think we can add them.
When you commit, be sure to say something like "completing feature X in
the 3.2 Feature Plan"...
