[Kstars-devel] KDE now requires Qt 3.2

Hello,

A recent change to kstars/kstars/Makefile.am made configure fail for me, 
because the added line was not understood:
  xdg_apps_DATA = kstars.desktop

I guessed that updating the admin directory would solve the problem, which it 
did.  However, if you update admin, then the Qt requirement is >=3.2.  

Just to let you know, in case any of you are still using Qt 3.1 like my laptop 
is.
