[Kstars-devel] proposal for WUT dialog

Hello,

I have been wanting to add an option to the WUT dialog that allows you to 
restrict the list of objects to those which are up during evening hours, or 
pre-dawn morning hours.  I am also thinking about modifying the current 
layout a bit.  What do you think of the attached designer file?  Feel free to 
make modifications or comments.
