Fixing bug #69288 (and then some).

Bug report indicated that Hamburg, Germany had two entries in Cities.dat.  
Found and removed this one and another 38 duplicate entries.  When two 
entries for the same City had significantly different coordintes, I 
attempted to verify the correct location with a google search.
