Kst 3.0.0

Kst has been ported to qt6, triggering a new release: 3.0.0

One change you might notice is that the binary is now called 'kst' 
rather than the even more obscure 'kst2'.

The Ubuntu ppa has been updated to kst 3.0.0, so if you are using those, 
it will happily update for you.

It will not work on Ubuntu older than 24.04, so 22.04 will stay with kst 
2.1.
