feature request - save window geometry

Hi,

Currently kst2 saves the window geometry in the config file in:
*~/.config/kst/application.conf*

In our case, we sometimes have several instances of kst2 running, each for
a different set of graphs.

For this, it would be better if the geometry was saved in the kst file,
together with the set of graphs, instead of in the global config file.
