Cannot overwrite data file when it is in use

Hello,

I'm having problems to overwrite in windows the data file (.txt) while it is in use in KST.

Depending on the application I use to modify the .txt it works or not. It works with Notepad++ but it doesn't work with WordPad ("file is in use by another application and cannot be accessed").

The problem is that I'm trying to overwrite the file from a server using PSCP and it cannot be overwritten as well.

I appreciate if you could help me on this.
