Nope, but it would be reasonably easy to add.

I also have adding legends to the python bindings on my list, so... I'll try 
to remember.  Ping me in a couple weeks if you don't see it announced on the 
list.

I think what I might just do is have the command line work the same as 'auto 
legend' in the wizard: add a legend if there are more than 2 curves.
