Yes, you’re right. Now I remember. So the easiest solution to get access to all the plugins is to use the 32 bit binary. Should actually be OK for most uses…

I think some plugins and filters are missing from the pre-compiled 64-bit version. They are all included in the 32-bit version. At least that's my recollection.

If you’re using the precompiled windows version you should have quite a few plugins available under the Create menu (near the bottom).
You can check the video tutorials on youtube on the kst plot channel to help you get started.
