[Kst] What's the matrix format for plotting in KST ?

Sorry for the very slow reply!

The only ascii matrix file formats currently supported by kst are the Netpbm 
formats supported by QImage, and described in 
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netpbm_format[1] 

The major shortcoming of them is that they only support integers from 0 to 
255, since they were meant for 8 bit monochrome or 24 bit color images.
