http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/netcdf/netcdf-cxx/index.jsp says
yours is the netcdf-c++4 version.
To be clear, that version is not currently provided in openSUSE...
simply because no other package uses it. If kst starts using it,
openSUSE will provide it.
