[Kst] NetCDF-4 support and windows build

Hi,

I recently received a NetCDF file I could not read under Windows, but it is working under Linux.
I think our Windows build of the NetCDF lib was *not* done with HDF5 available. HDF5 and zip seem to be important dependencies, see the NetCDF doc for more information, in particular here:

Question (for Peter): would it be possible to recompile our NetCDF lib with zlib and HDF5 activated? I think it has to be done with the same compiler otherwise there may be ABI incompatibilities, and the way our Windows build work is still a bit of a puzzle to me!
