[Kst] Ascii comment char ignored

Matthias,

Thanks for the samples. Indeed there still seems to be an issue.
@Peter: look at sample #3039 of the vector ACC: it is NaN while it shouldn't. 
Can you please cross-check your fix? I'm still seeing this with today's git status.
