[Kst] pyKst under Windows

Hi Barth,

I tested the python bindings a bit under Linux and it seems to work rather fine. I only launched a few demos and generated the docs to have a rough idea.
First comments:
- The button.py script hangs when closing Kst (other's don't)
- I haven't yet found the nicest way to generate the docs, I generated a single html file but it's not ideal => suggestions welcome
- It seems that possibilities are interesting, especially as you can not only trigger things, but even extend the app
- If there is no conditional compile left, we should update the cmake scripts (@Peter: can you handle it?)

I still have to test more, but it looks very promising :-)

Prompted by that success, I tried it under Windows. There it did not work as well. import pykst works, but creating the client crashes python while launching kst2 from the same command prompt works.
Is there anything I should know? Has someone already tried this?

Nicolas
