[Kst] NO cmake/CMakeLists.txt any more

Sorry for the inconvenience.
You have to remove your existing build and to restart with cmake ../kst.
Shadow builds are possible as before.

I changed this because cmake is now our primary build system,
and the rest of the world then expects the master cmake file at
the root of the project dir.
