[Kst] kst2.0.8

I have created a branch kst2.0.8 which can accept last minute bug fixes, but is 
otherwise ready to release.

I don't think there are any outstanding bugs (that I can reproduce anyway).

I am continuing development in master, so we should probably try to release 
from branch kst2.0.8.

So... 
Peter - are you set to do the release?
Nicolas - do you have a release announcement?

I think this will be the most solid kst2 version yet.
