Hi Oscar,

If you use the datawizard to load the data and select the "Change detection" or "Interval" option as update type the first page, you should be able to plot your data live.
Then you can use the various settings in the Range->"Change Data Sample Range..." tool to determine exactly how your plots/curves behave.
