[Kst] Building Python cmake error

I tried it, but the __init__ method doesn't make it to the connectToServer
line, it stops at creating the QLocalSocket (I think) <self.ls
=QtNetwork.QLocalSocket()>
This seems like some sort of configuration issue. I will see if I can find
some Qt test code to see if it works (and how) - unless you have other
suggestions.
Have people gotten farther than this with pyKst on Windows? This is a
problem that is hard to miss.
