[Kst] Adding functionality to KST2

Sorry, I missed part of your question.

Currently we would like to reach one update every msec., made of 4 ints and
one long.  At the moment we are at 2-3 ms but we have not yet done any
optimization, and in the future we will want to be faster and have more
information per update.   In the simple tests we have done, KST did not seem
to have any problems keeping up with the data flowing into the text file.

KST was not able to detect changes to the file, but using the default 200 ms
update seemed to work fine.
