[Kst] field with datetime formatted as ISO 8601

So it looks like the datetime string "2014-02-22T21:59:59.291403" is
converted to epoch seconds and stored in a vector;

however though I assume that interpreting that vector as standard C time
should work;

I'm not getting the formatting I want when I give it a formatted string to
