[Kst] [Kst-plot/kst] 1102ce: correct a regression:

I just committed some optimizations for the combo boxes which should
speed things up a lot compared to 2.0.7.  If things are slower than 2.0.7, 
please let me know.

Other than looking for more bugs - I am happy to release 2.0.8 asap.
