[Kst] flex / bison commands for the equation parser?

Hi Barth,

I've been palying with the lexer/parser to see whether I could add support for the C ternary operator as discussed recently on this list. This stuff is quite fascinating in fact...
I'm wondering what exact commands are used to generate the automatically-generated files from the .l (probably using flex) and from the .y (probably using bison).
Do you happen to know them? Are they documented somewhere?
